You found quite a few occupations. Me? Not so much that is why I tweaked my list this week.
It was a bit more challenging than I first thought it would be! Hopping over to read your postโฆโฆ
Oh my goodness, I like the sound of so many of your books in this list.
Thanks Rosie!
Fab list, Carol, it was much easier this week!
Thanks! It was more challenging than I first thought! I had to go back aways!
I love all the historical fiction here! I do think occupation names are more common in historical fiction than perhaps any other genre.
Thanks! It was fun to find them!
Another fabulous selection!
Thanks Joanne! ๐
What a great list! I have the first three on my TBR, and hope to read them soon,

It was a fun list to make! Hopping over to read your postโฆ.
These are wonderful! We have a bookseller and librarian in common, even though from different books!
Thanks! It was difficult to limit myself to ONE bookseller and librarian! ๐
The Lawyer and the Laundress is on my list today too! My TTT
I loved that story! Hopping over to read your postโฆ.
Such great titles, Carol. I almost added The Lawyer and the Laundress to my list. I am so surprised by all the different books and occupations I am seeing today.
So fun to read the varied lists!
It really is, Carol. This was such a fun top ten this week.

You have some interesting occupations there, Carol. I have The Dentist by Tim Sullivan coming up to read.
A dentist?! Thatโs different!
I think we both favour a certain type of occupation. ๐

I canโt get logged in to commentโฆ.but great list of titles with occupations!
I know. And I’m sorry. I had to disallow anonymous comments because I received too much nasty spam. Now some people can’t log in. There’s always something … Grrrrr.
One of these days soon I need to try from my laptopโฆmaybe that will work.
Thanks. But even there it doesn’t always work for me. You might have to change browsers. If Firefox doesn’t work, I have to go to Chrome and vice versa.
I have heard great things about The Codebreaker’s Secret. These are great books.
Itโs an enjoyable read! Thanks for stopping by and commenting!
