Do you have a favorite trope? I enjoy marriage or relationship of convenience because it often includes witty banter, humorous circumstances, and a slow-burn romance.
I’m linking up today for Top Ten Tuesday with That Artsy Reader Girl: Books You’d Be a Fool Not to Read. I’m not exactly saying that you’d be a fool to not read books with a marriage or relationship of convenience, but you’d be missing out on some fun if you don’t! I am short of ten titles today, so do you have recommendations for me?

What a lovely list! I’m trying to mix things up a little and read outside of the crime genre this year. There’s definitely a few here that I like the look of.

All tbr worthy!
I like the friends to lovers trope. Itโs actually how my spouse and I got together!
I adore friends to lovers as well! ๐
I’m not sure I’ve read a book with this trope before, though I have read some with fake dating.

Similar to fake dating in many ways! So fun!
Friends to Lovers is a great trope, Carol. I’ve read two of these and have one on my TBR shelf. I checked out the others and they all look good. In fact, one if already on my shelf as a blog recommendation, so it must have been your review that convinced me to put it there.
Marriage of convenience is usually a fun dynamic! ๐
I love that they do it in movies as well.
