June Wrap Up!
Brief Recap:
June was a less than awesome reading month in that I have no 5 star reads to report, and I did abandon two (I’m Not Your Perfect Mexican Daughter and What I Saw and How I Lied). My 4 star reads are ok ….they are listed by my order of enjoyment. Us Against You was my most anticipated read….even though I’m a devoted Backman fan and am glad I read the sequel, Beartown is still my favorite of the two.

OK, fun list to read through Carol. You must read at an incredible speed!! Interesting to get your perspective on Us Against You. I liked Beartown more than I anticipated– but don’t know if I want to spend a whole lot more time with those characters… And Hooray for the update on the Guernsey movie!! I think I’ll have our book group come over and watch it– with tea and scones. Thanks for letting us know! hugs.
I do read fast! A couple of the titles were MG and those can be read in a day and Convenience Store Woman was short. Eagerly awaiting Guernsey! Thanks for stopping in.
